I’m Dr. Connie Sanchez, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, specializing in plant-based nutrition. I became concerned when some of my vegan patients were not experiencing the vitality and robust health they desired. Examining their diets I would find they were at risk of becoming ill because they were not making the most out of their “vegan” diet.
